We guarantee all products against manufacturers' defects within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact customer support at sales@Nekkr.com for an RMA number for all returns.  Please include date of purchase and order number. 
 
All warranty products will be replaced within seven days of acceptance by Nekkr.
